Should’ve gone after Lonnie Walker. I had missed that the nets signed him for nothing. He could have had an impact similar to BB

I like all 3 players drafted. But think there were some guys left at all 3 spots and even wonder if each drafted player was taken sooner than needed.

Leonard Miller
Sidy Cissoko

Why should we go have gone after Walker, don't you have faith in Cristian Braun ? Hunter Tyson looked better in Summer League than both Mo Gueye and TJD, wasn't he a better pick ?

We are short on bigs, not guards.

Huge faith in Braun. Walker would’ve filled the BB role on point able to play the point. So much in Braun that I think we need to trade KCP (only because he’s the only trade piece we have) sooner than later.

Lonnie Walker > Reggie or Pickett (obv hope I’m wrong and very much could be)

Gueye I just think might be special like the raptors guy with the kind of speed/size combo he has. Leanord Miller kind of same

I love Gonzaga and Julian Strawther. Think I love Cissoko and Pepperdine Max too. The part Sidy maybe not max has over Strawther (and Braun doesn’t) is the slide over to the 1. So they’re both 2 or 2.5’s.

Bruce was a 1.5.

I’m only unsure on Reggie. Not doubting of his talent. He may be twice the player we are thinking we are about to see. The thing we don’t mention that we must be sure of is he must have acted and been the right way in denver in a big time way. Because for not playing and then getting the money they must feel pretty good about what kind of person he is too.

Then we have to have a discussion on which big will do. Free agency is looking thin. Justin Holiday was brought in and is more guard than small forward.

My guess is that Cancar's minutes will go to Watson. The other moves seem more obvious with Zeke at the backup power forward. Braun has already carved out a slot in the rotation as a swing guard/small forward. Could they have brought in Gueye or TJD, sure but they didn't.

Hunter Tyson will back up MPJ. Huff will be given a chance to relieve Jokic.

It's anyone's guess whether Cancar will have a roster spot on hold.
Canned in Denver.

Well, Jamal is NOT going to play in the World Cup apparently, can't say I'm not unhappy to hear that after what happened to Cancar. Haven't heard any reasoning, but still....

I don't wish to see Jamal get hurt in the FIBA tournament as Vlatko did, it would ruin any shot at a repeat of the NBA Title chances

Yeah not this year. Next year let everyone play. Murray. Jok. Vlatko2.0 It would be so sic to see Gordon and mpj getting national team.

I get all the Euro's wanting their countrymen to play FIBA but with all the possible injuries to the NBA players, why risk their careers ??
I just don't think it's worth the risk of injury

Is Christian Wood a possibility? Unless there’s a bigger problem than we know about he might be a dynamic piece with and maybe behind Jok.

Didn't he just re-sign with Boston ??

I figured there’s be a replacement for Vlatko No?

We'd have to waive Vlatko to open a spot, so you want to tell Joker his best friend on the team got waived because he got hurt playing for his National Team ??? Wonder how that'd go over... :banghead:

I don’t mean waive him. Still need him back next year. I figured they’d get some kind of slot to get a player for injury exemption.

Olynyk would be super sic as a nug. I think the jazz over preform this season.

As I stated, we might get a "salary" exemption, not a roster slot exemption. As of now our roster is full

My belief in Pickett being a dude right away has been skyrocketed lately? For some reason think he might be a lot better than people think. Filling that 3rd ball handler behind Jamal and Jok role that Bruce brown vacated- maybe right away. In some ways.

Gotta say I’m ready for the season to begin, even preseason/TC. Waiting to see our new bench can come together
