Glad to see Gillespie can be useful again. His size is not so big a problem for 2nd unit rotations, so if he can reach 40% 3pt we will have an unexpected 10mpg option next season.

Malone gives a long interview at the start of the 2nd half but he didn't say anything special new because of he turned into a zen-master philosopher 8-)

Another loss, but at least all three rookies (2023 draft picks) have a decent game tonight.

In the 2022 Summer League, we see Christian Braun as already NBA-ready if he going to fix 3pt% (awful last summer). This summer we don't have such players, but Watson (who didn't play tonight), Tyson, and Pickett are pretty close to deserving some playing time. Strawther and Gillespie need to fix TS% shooting issues to be in conversations. I guess some of them will be sent to G-League at the start of the season.

+21 on halftime is impressive, but we should take it with reserve, the fact is that the Heat team is too scared this summer when face Nuggets 8-)

Hunter Tyson is our best SL player again and again, and with 5-6 for threes on halftime, this is going to be his best game obviously.

After being disappointed because Watson will play only one single game this summer and because of a bad 0-3 record, this blowout 1st half vs our new arch-enemy is some kind of consolation. Apart from Kamagate and Gillespie scoring, all starters are just great tonight about everything. The Heat is playing without their 3 starters but we playing without Watson too.

The three rookies shined. All of them look to have enough skill to play in the NBA and they all appear to have good shooting ability. This is a strong class but will need some seasoning, particularly on defense positioning. Obviously, there is some talent in this group and it looks like Booth has hit a home run.
Canned in Denver.
