4-1 vs strong Lakers with all staying healthy would be an R1 perfect scenario for me.

The Groundhog Day series is over, the Lakers led at halftime every single game, then the Nuggets won every 3rd quarter and overall 4 out of 5 games at the end!

In the 2023 championship run, Porter offensively underperformed (he did not recover 100% from an injury like Murray did that year), so we need him 100% ready and in shape this playoff to compensate for our loss of impactful 6th man Brown, and MPJ delivered so far!

27 to 9 free throw advantage tonight. The NBA tried to put the fraudulent Lakers over the top but Denver would have none of it. Congrats Denver for knocking the league office darlings out of the playoffs.

Thanks to Karma Police free throws decided this tight game indeed: Denver 8-9 (89%), Lakers 18-27 (67%)
