Dodgers have a better record than the Blue Jays and are 7-3 in their last 10 while the Jays are 6-4 in their last 10.

The Jays shoot up 3 spots and the Dodgers drop 2 spots.
wonder if it has to do with WHO the Jays beat this weekend?

#dodgerbias

and get over the fact that i don't get over things.

Jays have been the best team is baseball for a month and a half at least.

Since the Nats are done I guess I'm rooting for the Royals in the AL(fellow George Mason alum Dayton Moore is their GM). NL I guess I don't really care as long as its not the Cardinals or Mets.
Eric Maynor is the worst basketball player I've ever seen.

Well yeah. The Jays took 3 of 4 from an elite division rival while the Dodgers played soft ball with a AAA team.

we need some sp's tho

i would actually be stoked if we got greinke this offseason.

its probably gonna take a ton of money and he isnt super young but he's generally very durable as long as he doesnt get bullrushed on the mound. also i think his fielding reliant pitching style will age very well.

How are you going to sign a player that's under contract until 2018?

Yeah he'll be fa after the season. He is probably going to want to earn 30 mil into his late 30s, not sure about him.

We'll have some cash and very good offense to play around with though

Harps in the 40 HR club. He also still leads the NL in a bunch of other categories, including BA. He should win the MVP, only argument against him is his team isn't going to make the playoffs and that's not his fault everyone else on the team was either injured or underperformed(or both).

Mat Latos DFA.

Good thing Wood (the more important piece that we have years of control over) has been solid for the Dodgers in his stint here and Peraza were in that deal.

His WAR would be at historic levels if he played defence.

He's on pace to finish with a WAR over 10 at age 22. Since he doesn't play defense though, he'll have to settle for being in the company of historically forgettable players like Ted Williams, Stan Musial and Ty Cobb.

Harps is a pretty good fielder. He makes the occasional boneheaded play but his arm has prevented a lot of base runners from even trying to take an extra base or score from 2nd(or even 3rd). "Doesn't play defense" is overly harsh. Okay he's not Mike Trout but nobody is Trout defensively.

His one big flaw is base running/base stealing(he's fast enough to be really good in this area but he's sloppy often).

Huh? Trout has a near 1.000 OPS in September and is having a great season.

Defensively, Mike Trout isn't even Mike Trout anymore.
