Failure #1, Being a number 2 seed and getting slaughtered at home in a playoff game.
Failure #2, 4 day's after horrible loss to Packers Jerry brings Mike McCarthy back.
Failure #3, Doing absolutely nothing in free agency.
Failure #4, Deciding to go all in with Dak when we know he can't put a team on his shoulders and carry us anywhere.
Failure #5, Drafting Tyler Guyton in the first round of the draft.

Its a mess in Dallas and it's going to be a very long year for their fans.

He played RT at Oklahoma. He’s big (6’8” 325 lbs) and athletic but raw. When he plays you see the talent and the motor but he has some technique issues. Once he gets with the Cowboys OL coaches and gets his technique down I expect he’ll be really good like Tyler Smith did.

The WR from Georgia is better.

I disagree. First he plays a position of need and the pick wasn’t a reach. Once the Cowboys OL coaches get ahold of him he’ll be fine. Also they might still get JPJ in the 2nd. If Jonathan Brooks is off the board and JPJ is there I could see them drafting him.

I'm thinking they might have to move up a bit to get JPJ or Edgerrin Cooper. Those are my round 2 targets. Trading back we gained an extra 3ir round pick. We now own the 56, 73 and 87th picks.

If both are gone I would consider Jonathan Brooks or Zack Frazier.

I heard they put in an offer, as did several other teams, and the Bears asked Justin where he wanted to go. Pittsburgh was his pick.

So was the raiders I guess they didn’t offer enough

Well considering the price was so cheap. I find it hard to believe they couldn't have matched the Steelers.

I find it interesting that the Eagles had their choice of CBs and went with Quinyon Mitchell. Meanwhile the Ravens, who have an eye for CBs in general, got Nate Wiggins.

*** **! A shut down corner landed on their lap and they pass it up. Neither Mitchell nor Wiggins has Arnold intangibles at the next level when receivers will fear what will be known as the Terrion Zone. I guess if they want to draft the next Justin Gilbert at the pro level, they have succeeded. Even Wiggins would have been a better choice between the two as he can also play the speed returner on special team.

Right draft position but wrong pick. I'm outta here
