Money talks. I remember the same thing being said about Bill Parcels. Jerry knows he doesn’t have much time left and really wants another SB. There are very few coaches he would turn over control to but Belichick is one of them. Belichick Ali wouldn’t have to rebuild the team either. He has a team loaded with talent.

As a fan, why the hell would you want Bill anyways at this point? He's old & stubborn. Old-school. Still a good defensive coach. But it wouldn't be long before fans began to turn on him.

The Cowboys are coming off of 10 years of Jason Garrett followed by almost 5 years of Mike McCarthy. We fans would welcome an actual good coach in Bill Belichick.

Can't see it working. Bill is no puppet and Jerry wants all the credit.

For 3 seasons he gave control to Bill Parcels. Jerry knows he’s only got so many seasons left in him before he dies. I could see him doing it.

But if Belichick came to Dallas and won a SB, everyone would give him credit, not Jerry.

I still believe NFL players should wear cleats with green soles.

And that's exactly why Jerry won't do it.

If there is anything Jerry has taught us is that he WILL get all the credit for any and all Super Bowl wins. In his mind Jimmy still gets less credit than him. That wouldn’t change if Bill Belichick won a SB in Dallas.

Well anyway, Cooks with the T.D. I was beginning to wonder why we picked him up if we weren't going to use him.

Cooks looks like he might have hurt his foot on that long catch.

You're not thinking clearly if you think Bill would ever consider working for Jerry.

Lol belichick is going to draft his next QB and build a successful team

Honestly it shocks me a cowboys fan would even want bill. Haven’t y’all learned y’all’s lesson? From parcells to now the retreads haven’t worked. Jimmy was a new coach from college.

If I was a cowboys fan which I’m quite the opposite I’m hoping the cowboys look to college, or some up and comer assistant

It’s baffling to me a cowboys fan would want to repeat the same mistakes.

Especially when a Super Bowl winning head coach has NEVER won a Super Bowl with another franchise. Instead of doing the same thing don’t y’all wanna do something different?

God I can’t for the life of me fathom the eagles repeating their same mistakes. It’s crazy to me that cowboys fans would want to. Try something new. Have Jerry actually find some talent in the coaching ranks. Have him actually sit there and interview guys and find a special coach

It’s like literally never worked hiring a “proven winner” like not once

Not to mention we have yet to see bill the same without Tom and Tom ain’t coming to QB the cowboys. Like do you want to be the New England patriots right now?

Personally I’d want Jim Harbaugh however if Bill Belichick becomes available and you think Jerry wouldn’t want him (regardless of what fans want) you’re fooling yourselves.

As an eagles fan I’d be more scared if I heard Jerry was hiring a new GM and sat through 10 interviews for a new head coach

That’s when I’d be nervous

Hiring Bill B would be the most cowboys hire imaginable in all the wrong ways
