what difference would that make? it would be an early round game because both teams arent getting deep into playoffs in the first place.

Well...your half right. Lol

That's because number one, we really are America's Team like it or not. Personally I was with Landry on this one. This label for centuries have given other teams an advantage with intangibles. But we have had to live with it. Number two, we set the standard for the NFL and rest of the league back in the 70's and everyone has had to copy it in their own way. Number 3 and most importantly, whether super bowl champs or 20 years of Jerry hell, WE ARE ALWAYS ON EVERYONE'S MIND, good or bad.

the Packers,Bears,Redskins,Browns,Colts and Giants set the standard. The Cowboys are just their adopted little brother who showed up in the late 60s.

they were the Packers,Colts and Steelers bitch in the late 60s to 1970s.

As of today, I'm retiring from the General board and staying in the cowboy forum. You guys have a great season. I'll try it again next year. Take care every one.

To be fair, the Rams have pretty much been everyone's bitch with the exception of one fleeting moment.

oh? is this the part where I'm supposed to take it personal? didnt you get the memo where I said I dont give a damn about how teams do beyond being entertained. The Rams success or failure doesnt detract from my comment lol

and no, you are obviously wrong because I used footballs entire history to compare contrast the Cowboys and the Rams History is far more successful than just the year of Warner. They havent had as much playoff success as Cowboys but there has been much more than one moment https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Los_Angeles_Rams_seasons

Rams-5 Division Titles,6 Conference Titles,3 NFL Titles & Super Bowl XXXIV win

Cowboys-5 NFL Championships, 10 Conference Championships, 22 Divisional Championships

You forgot mention the Cleveland Rams won that first championship.

Quit taking yourself so seriously. Believe me - no one else does.
