Guard

You might be right. Something tells me Harbaugh wants to bring back and old fashion smash mouth running team. Keeps Mahomes on the sidelines for 7-8 minutes a drive. Keeping Mahomes off the field is a good thing.

OL, DL, and RB. That will likely be the focus for Harbaugh.

Good thing the Jags got the 1st pick.

Induct Frank Gore into the Pride for winning that game against the Rams.

I see that Andy Reid is now the highest paid coach in the NFL with his new deal !!!!!

They lost both Keenan Allen and Mike Williams this off season. I can't see them ignoring that position.

I can... WRs have become way too expensive and Harbaugh is gonna prefer to run the ball. Herbert should be good enough to throw to some nobodies.

I'm not saying Harbaugh won't emphasize the running game like he did at Michigan.

But he supposedly raved about Herbert before he was even hired by the Chargers.

I remember that he gave the job to Kaepernick and didn't give the starting position back to Alex Smith. Kaep got touches because Smith got injured.

He was also raving about Kaep in that draft class.

So there were times when he really let Kaep throw it. He didn't go run heavy and there would be beautiful games like against the Patriots on a MNF when Kaep lit them up.

They didn't go empty backfield but they took shots with Vernon Davis and Delaney Walker. They really didn't have an over the top vertical threat at WR.

They didn't have a great pass catching back either.

I'm not saying Harbaugh will let Herbert go empty backfield most of the game, starting with the first game of this season.

But for people assuming that he will try to rebuild what he had at Michigan, I"m saying don't be surprised if he goes more towards the NFL game, which is downfield passing, not downhill running. That works to a certain extent, like the Titans with Henry. But they hit a ceiling.

So he may adopt for this second shot at the NFL.

Good thing the Chiefs drafted a top WR in the draft. Looks like Rashee Rice is heading for a suspension with his latest two incidents.

Wouldn't surprise me the way he has been acting since the Super Bowl. Car incident and now arrested for an assault at night club. Rice seems to be making great choices lately. I don't get it but I do get it.

That's the prototypical Chiefs pick, draft players who slid because of off-field problems.

Worked out great for Tyreke.

So maybe Rice will be a future All Pro. Supposedly there were some red flags from his college days.

Andy Reid knows how to fix troubled players; look how great his sons turned out.

No wonder the football forum continues to be dead lately. The Egal trolls still persist on bringing the most wonderful posts. Deep down I still think they are closet Cowboy fans. :gossip:

Maybe you should talk about Pete Carroll's penis again – see if that draws in more people.

Ngl I wish he was coaching somewhere this Fall. Preferably on a college sideline. It'll be weird without him.

I might have to. Your posts and threads you start aren't showing any interest. Your Tom Brady thread and Missouri Governor thread have drawn in 11 responses in a month. Way to draw them in !!! Maybe you should talk about Pete Carroll's penis or your boring Egals instead. Personally, I would like to hear more about the dysfunction currently going on with the Egal players, coaches and front office. :P :eyebrows:

Actually I'm not concerned with the activity on an NFL forum in May.

Obviously. You tried 2 boring threads and they both crapped out. :D You bring so much to the forum so keep trying. Hey, try talking more about your Egals. Opps, nothing to talk about. So sorry. Your style is trolling and derailing threads half the time. Classic example is your last post. Can you convince me or any other poster what Pete Carrol or his penis have anything to do with the AFC thread? :dontknow:
