Will see what Jackson is made of right here and how well Minnesota can do on offense with 1:50 left.

Re: Official Week 1 Thread (Primetime)
That was not a horsecollar tackle. Even if it would've been, they better not call it. Especially after the "leverage" call. Christ these refs were awful.

What now, experts? Even with all these stupid penalties, Packers won.

I love how they implement the rule and then refuse to enforce it. How could that not have been called? I'm sure Jackson would've blown it anyways, but why have the rule if you don't ever call it?

Typical.
And you ignore that the refs called a "leverage" foul. Typical. See you Week 3 Cowgirl fan.

Ignore? That's a penalty. It may sound weak, but you can't jump up on your own guy to try to block a kick.

If you're going to talk about a horsecollar penalty, what about the ineligible receiver when Driver already had the ball and ran 30 yards down the field? That cost the Packers a TD.
Don't use the refs as an effin' excuse.

He ran downfield immediately, thinking it was a run. That was a penalty too, pretty obviously.
I'm using my team's **** as an excuse for the loss, not the refs.

And how often does that happen when trying to block a kick? Probably more often than not. We want to talk about bad calls, how about the pass interference on Harris? Berrian hooked the arm and then pushed off.
All I am seeing is excuses. We beat the Queens, that's all that matters. Never mind that Jackson just isn't that good of a QB or that they have one dimensional offense, it's all the refs fault. That going to be the excuse every week the Vikings lose?
I will admit that we did get away with a few interference calls though. The refs were just bad going both ways.

I thought your team was the pathetic 49ers
I'm done with the Vikes game, Packers won, Vikes lost. Now to destroy the Lions.

Ahhhh man, MNF, can't wait.
