Airball from Ivey rightfully to the bench. Grimes gets in there and right away making a defensive play. I like having a defensive 3+D guard like Grimes next to Cade

Cade is a 3 defensively for sure.

I didnt comment much on the Tech pickup when we got him cause I knew nothing about him. I love what I'm seeing.

Similar to Grimes I didnt know much so didnt say much. I just read the bullish takes from you and Zeeb and studied his game and I can see what the excitement is about. Finally getting some NBA players around Cade we might have something to be excited about around here.

This franchise goes as Cade goes. Nobody else we got has his ceiling.

edit-Grimes right there making them defensive plays thats the kinda guy we needed what a pickup

Holy ****, what is with this all bench unit for at least 5 minutes? Meanwhile the Knicks had Brunson out there the whole quarter and still have 2 starters in Hart and Hartenstein filtering in. I know Thibs plays his starters more than most but good god is Monty a moron. Maybe stagger some minutes with Cade and Ivey or at least one other starter in there at times. This is unwatchable and insulting to the fanbase.

Ivey lost AF out there.

Nothing I've seen has me believing Cade+Ivey combo is going to work long term. Ivey had some great games when Cade was out but when their together its just not there.

Which woudl make you think Monty would just run Ivey off the bench and let Grimes+Cade work out. Not rocket science here.
