I mean, not really. All of the guys drafted directly after Hayes are far better players. Haliburton is the main notable but Toppin, Avdija, Vassell and Smith are all solid to very good NBA players. They're also far better than the other two players that caught Weaver's eye, Wiseman and Williams. Not to mention that they rid of a better player than Wiseman to acquire Wiseman and are still paying a heavy price for burning that 1st for Stewart. Might be one of the worst drafts in history for a GM considering how it all played out.

I'm thinking Toppin wasn't a great 8th pick, although better than Hayes.

All time worst has to be Darko.

I seriously doubt they were getting offered anything of remote + value.

I'm thinking the "offers" were bad players (but not as bad as Killian) who aren't on expiring contracts.

Memphis was probably offering to just take his contract, maybe send back one guy

They both suck but Killian might be worse :lol:

I can’t see Killian balling in the G League the way Saben did.
