OT - Scrappy Dog

Post#1 » by Kabookalu » Wed Jan 23, 2008 10:53 pm

I remember a long time ago, earlier this decade, the Pistons had the Junkyard Dog (Jerome Williams), and another guy named Scrappy Dog. These were my two favorite players back then, but I couldn't recall Scrappy Dog's real name. Does anyone remember him and what his real name was?

I don't know, but Stackhouse kicked JYD's ass in a lockerroom fight.
Rip Hamilton is a stain on the Pistons franchise.

I'm thinking that was Mikki Moore, but I could be mistaken...

I don't remember the other nickname. The only guys that seem to fit are Don Reid or Lindsey Hunter.

Don Reid was "The Chief"

edit: Forgot to mention. Cow is right, "Scrappy" was Moore.

Holy crap it was Mikki Moore, to be honest I thought Scrappy Dog was out of the league already, never really kept track of him after he left Detroit. Thanks that was something that was irking me for months.

Scrappy turned into a valuable player. He (Sacramento) played well against us.
