Well Farnsworth is coming in. So now the game is over. It's been good guys and maybe with good starting pitching we would have won. Hopefully Chase Wright pitches well. -Jitpal

I think we win tomorrow. we wasted a good effort by pettite in game 1, but all boston did was beat up on non rotation guys, we beat up their starters, schilling, beckett, we got to those guys, they didn't get to petitte. if we win tomorrow I would call this a pretty good weekend eventhough we blew game 1...

We're getting swept tomorrow. Wright will be raped.

I have a good feeling about tomorrow. I feel like we will dominate Matsuzaka and Wright will limit them to a run while going 7. My prediction. Put it down. -Jitpal

TKF thank god for a baseball poster like you. If anything this week we saw how far we can go vs a big team at the worst level.

Jeff Karstens is a SP/RP who just came off the DL and was thrown into Yankees vs Redsoxs as his 1st game, the only loss I hated was game 1 , I can live w/ getting swept this series because this is a team fighting we've had a chance to win every game this season. Joe Torre has to manage a bullpen and a starting pitching staff better than he has shown. Chase Wright pitches tomorrow on ESPN , I wanna spoil someone's b-day in Boston.

And anyone on this board can't tell me you wasn't thinking w/ Alex on deck we had a big chance of winning tonight. It's ok even if we go down 3 - 0 this week, we're throwing AA and AAA pitchers/RP and we're hanging w/ them , so wait till we get healthy.

Jeff Karstens man...Karstens...

We gave away last night's game. This game was just over from the get go. Once Beckett got into his groove, it was all over. We couldn't disrupt it in no way. That's why they say try to attack a pitcher in the beginning before he touches his groove.

Yeah, we did hit pretty good off of their "aces" that can't be touched..i just get pissed when we lose to the damn red sox..especially when we could've won both games so far.

I just don't feel too good about tomorrow, since the yanks, like alot of other teams struggle against those good command pitchers that they've never seen before..but hopefully, we'll be able to salvage this last game.

Friday night was the key to this series. We're living on a prayer right now with Chase Wright going up against a guy who has struck out about 10 in each of his starts. Good luck and godspeed Chase.
