Monday: 7:10
Tuesday: 7:10
Wednesday: 1:10

Game One:

Pitching matchup
COL: RHP Taylor Buchholz (1-0, 5.68 ERA)
Buchholz steps in to make his first start in place of the injured Rodrigo Lopez. The young right-hander had been working exclusively out of the 'pen after making 19 starts a year ago. It hasn't quite worked out, as Buchholz has allowed runs in three of his four relief appearances, despite his 1-0 record. He's faced the Mets just once in his career, allowing six runs in a five-inning start with Houston last season.

NYM: RHP John Maine (2-0, 1.93 ERA)
The hottest pitcher in a hot rotation, Maine carried a no-hitter into the seventh inning last time out, earning his second win in the process. He's allowed just eight hits through his first three starts, and remains the only Mets starter without a loss.

Game Two:

Aaron Cook, RHP (0-1, 4.00)
Orlando Hernandez, RHP (2-1, 3.24)

Scouting Report:
Rockies: The Rockies had a chance to complete a two-game sweep of the Dodgers on Thursday, but Cook struggled, walking four and giving up five runs (three earned) on six hits. Cook has struggled with the Dodgers, but he has pitched well against the Mets at Shea Stadium, going 1-0 with a 3.50 ERA in four appearances.

Mets: Hernandez allowed just five runners -- three hits and two walks -- in seven innings in his last start against the Marlins. He allowed two runs in the first inning, one earned, but was helped by a relentless offense that eventually helped the Mets prevail, 11-3. Significantly, Hernandez also struck out 10, his highest total in nearly three years. He's now 2-1 this season with a 3.24 ERA.

Game Three:

Josh Fogg, RHP (0-1, 6.61)
Mike Pelfrey, RHP (0-1, 5.06)

Scouting Report:
Rockies: Fogg didn't survive the fourth inning in his start against the Padres at home on Friday, leaving after three innings and four batters with seven earned runs on his line, nearly doubling his ERA. He pitched behind in the count throughout the outing, and none of his pitches were consistently effective for him. The 11 hits and three walks he allowed conspired to give him the most runs allowed by a Rockies starter this season.

Mets: Pelfrey was knocked around early in Friday's loss to the Braves and never really recovered. A first-inning homer by Chipper Jones thrust the rookie into an early hole, while wildness late ensured that he wouldn't last more than five innings. Pelfrey is now 0-1 on the year, and he's looking to secure his first win of the season against the Rockies, a team he's yet to face in his career.
Jazz:
Allen l Wagner
Randle l Olynyk
Porter Jr l Marshall l Tucker
Herro l Okogie l Payton
Fox l Jones

Hopefully Wright and Gado join the homerun party and send one or more over the wall this series.

We cannot have Shawn Green out in right field anymore. Milledge would have caught that ball. If we lose, that will be 3 games Green has cost us with his shoddy OF play. Also he almost misjudged that earlier long fly ball.
