Yes. The replay guy should be fined and suspended. Seriously. Catch, secure, turn upfield, two steps, ball knocked loose, incomplete pass. Say what?

At least it didn't cost us the game, just caused us to drink more which can't be bad. Eat it, WAC!

Only 20 posts in this thread? Color me disappointed...and this turned out to be a fun weekend. Let's review...

-USC knocks Ohio State down a peg
-Georgia almost loses (HILARIOUSLY) to the Fightin' Spurriers
-Auburn and Mississippi State played a soccer game and Auburn prevailed (3-2)
-The Pac-10 laid a gigantic egg (seriously, f**k you Dennis Erickson...and yes, I will now shut up for a while about Pac-10 v. SEC)
-Oregon was taken to the brink against Purdue but pulled it out (somehow...Oregon has been served its humble pie)
-The Fightin' JoePas of Penn State are rollin'
-BYU is very much for real and could go undefeated this year (along with USF??)
-Illinois struggles against Louisiana-Lafayette
-Charlie Weis gets owned hard
-Buffalo and Temple provide an insane finish

Really, what's NOT to love about this weekend?

Very encouraged after watching the Irish yesterday. Michigan's offense is brutal, so I'm not putting much stock on how the defense played. But Michigan's defense isn't that bad, their front 7 is really the strength of the team. The offensive line gave Clausen time on every snap and he made every throw he had to. Those are two huge improvements the team couldn't execute against the likes of Army last year.

And Weis is a trooper.

Hey, at least OSU put the smack down on Hawaii in Corvallis. Ok, Hawaii is not the same since they lost June Jones...but at least it was a great bounce-back after having our asses handed to us by Penn St. last week.
This space needs to be filled with a new sig...but I'm too lazy to make one.

Way to go ASU. Lose before Georgia comes to town. The Pac-1 is so terrible...

Surprises:

USC's utter dominance
Michigan's self destruction
Auburn's offensive prowess
UCLA's consistency
ECU's legitimacy
Basketball is driven by three principles:

1) Movement 2) Application of fundamentals 3) Predictability

Why is UCLA's lack of consistency a surprise? They've been one of the most inconsistent teams in the country for the last decade.

They will probably follow this up with a loss to Washington, and an upset of USC. Thats how they roll.

I would have posted Saturday if my freaking lights didnt go out. I cant survive 4 days without TV, lol. I thought we played well against Air Force Saturday, but for some reason we couldnt stop the run. We need this win against Colorado St. saturday, If we lose, we might struggle badly against the likes of Tulsa, and ECU in CUSA play.

UCLA football must drive their supporters nuts.
