SEC teams seem to be figuring out the spread.

Couple notes from the Notre Dame-Purdue game.

- Curtis Painter has thrown 34 passes in one half
- Notre Dame has the worst field goal kicking in the country
- Michael Floyd is a star. This kid's played 3 and a half games and already I'd be SHOCKED if he didn't play in the NFL. He's got the body, soft hands and is already ND's most important offensive player. He was one of the biggest recruits in Minnesota history and he's only exceeded the hype so far.

Auburn and Wisconsin may win their games, but they look awfully unimpressive right now.

Fortunately Georgia isn't playing a crappy unranked team this week. Looks like we would have been doomed for sure.

Some dumba** commits a penalty negating the 2 point conversion and we lose.

Allen Evridge still sucks, no pocket presence at all.

I cant believe we did it. I wouldnt call it an upset but we beat ECU. Case Keenum played a nice game today. Our first win against a ranked team since 1984. Now all we have to do it beat Tulsa and we ahave a shot at the CUSA crown.

helluva game right now w/ pitt vs. usf

if usf goes down which it looks like this will be the 3rd straight week a team ranked in the top 10 goes down (wvu vs. colorado, usc vs. osu and now this) it's becoming a nice little night for upsets

and utahs still playing, but i have to leave pretty soon, it's not on tv anyways

wvu lost to ecu as a top 10 team. they were #21 when they lost to colorado. auburn was #10 that week and did lose, but to #6 lsu so that's not really the type of loss you're talking about. the highest ranked team to get upset that week was... the aforementioned ecu.
