What a nightmare.

I feel for Matt Ryan. It really makes you appreciate the good years.

This is the first time since Glavine and Chipper that Atlanta has had a star player go from top rookie to grizzled veteran before our eyes...and it's been painful the last few years. We wasted a good bit of his prime, wet the bed in our quest for a title -- and now are left with the overpaid beloved figure that we don't know what to do with.

Very true. We did indeed wasted Amy chances of him winning a Super Bowl in Atlanta. Same with Julio Jones.
The new management may work some miracles to prove me wrong but I don't see us making another Super Bowl for many years.

Time to tear down and rebuild. Too much $$$ payroll tied up in players who are not helping Falcons win.
Jones needs to go. Great when he's well. Injured too much.

Matty Ice didn't age well. He makes the big $$$ bucks and we can't win. He should just retire. If he cant,
then he needs to be somewhere else. Any takers?

Pass defense must be among the worst in the league. Offense isn't much better. Neither is going to improve
a lot with the present roster. Time to do the big flush of the pot and fill it with clean water. Enough!

Gurley won't play vs Oakland due to his knee and Julio Jones is questionable due to his hammy.

Falcons DE Dante Fowler (hamstring) is questionable for Week 12 against the Raiders.

A few days removed from the COVID-19 list, Fowler went from limited to did not practice on Friday. It's a worrisome downgrade for the Falcons' top edge rusher. The Falcons offense is deservedly getting the attention with injuries, but losing Fowler would be a troubling development with the efficient Raiders coming to Atlanta.

Julio Jones (hamstring) is out for Week 14 against the Chargers. 

It's the hamstring injury that never ends. It will be Jones' fourth full absence of 2020, though he has been limited for a handful of other games. The Falcons' offense has basically gone off the rails in Julio's absence, with even Calvin Ridley being less efficient and productive in fantasy. With Olamide Zaccheaus (toe) on injured reserve, it will be mostly Russell Gage behind Ridley, with Hayden Hurst hopefully absorbing more targets than he has been lately and Christian Blake/Laquon Treadwell perhaps mixing in. Seemingly truly week to week, Jones is unlikely to be shut down.

Julio Jones (hamstring) is out for Week 15 against the Bucs.

Calvin Ridley is a high-upside, top-five WR1 with Jones still out of the lineup, and Russell Gage is back on the radar as a WR3 after seeing seven targets with Julio out last week. Jones has appeared in just 9-of-14 games to this point, dealing with his pulled hammy for much of the season after initially hurting it in Week 2.

DFS Slant:

Russell Gage, who played more than 70 percent of the team's snaps last week with Julio sidelined, becomes an intriguing play as a correlation stack alongside a Tom Brady-centric combo. Atlanta has no chance of running the ball against the Bucs, leaving Matt Ryan to drop back early and often in Week 15.
