I’ve wished for the past few years that we had traded back in each draft and acquired more young, cheap depth to help keep us competitive during the Matt Ryan/Julio Jones era. Now that we are officially rebuilding in earnest, I kinda hope we stand pat and draft a future star at QB, LB or DE.

I also like the TE out of Florida for this years draft.

Same.
I like the TE.
I'd like to see us trade back but we never did. Maybe the time is this draft.

I trust Terry more than the other heads we previously had.

Falcons re-signed K Younghoe Koo to a one-year contract.

Koo was an exclusive rights free agent, so this was the only game in town for him. After flopping with the Chargers in 2017, Koo has emerged as one of the league's best, most creative kickers over the past two seasons. He drains field goals at nearly a 90 percent rate, is awesome from beyond 50 yards, and actually converts the occasional onside kick. He will be a candidate for a multi-year pact soon.

Falcons re-signed TE Jaeden Graham.

Graham, an exclusive rights free agent, has totaled 12 receptions for 174 yards and one score across 32 games with the Falcons. He'll continue to be used sparingly behind Hayden Hurst and Luke Stocker this upcoming season.

Falcons can go alot of ways in the first round, but i'm really hoping for Tyson Campbell in the second round.

I would like to see the Falcons trade down from 4. Shore up both lines and take Mac Jones at QB. This team has to much talent at the skill positions and with Brees retiring the NFC South should be more open.

The rookie QB market is becoming insane right now.

I only want Lawrence or Fields, but maybe the Falcons should just draft Lance or Mac regardless and dangle it as trade bait on draft night.

I can see the Falcons drafting Lance, then trading him on draft night for Pitts or Farley and additional picks.

Mond is also interesting. If he is still around by the 3rd or 4th round, he would be a great pick up if the Falcons can't get Fields.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports multiple NFL teams have contacted the Falcons about acquiring the No. 4 pick in the 2021 NFL Draft, and that the team is "open" to moving out of the fourth spot.

The Falcons allowed 41 sacks. The teams that were top 10 in least sacks allowed were playoff beast. Including the two super bowl teams. The Falcons were also 9th in least sacks by the defense. Bottom line, they have to shore up both lines.

Trade down, fix the lines. Maybe take a QB with one of the extra picks. But the lines has to be the priorities. If they can't fix the lines, they should trade Ryan, draft a QB. and go into a rebuild.

I'm getting a strong reading that the Falcons like Florida tight end Kyle Pitts as the fourth selection. He'd of course be a game-changer in that offense, and the organization believes he has a great chance to be a Hall of Fame type of player.

The wild card? Some are wondering whether team owner Arthur Blank might step in and decide this pick has to be a QB. I also heard the Falcons are fielding calls regarding trading out and would consider moving down the board. [C]ould the Falcons trade back and see one of those top quarterbacks still available when they do end up picking? The value and opportunity might be too good to pass up at that point. In that scenario, Atlanta will have moved back and acquired other assets and still landed its QB of the future. That's a pretty good outcome.
