his BBIQ alone will make him a good glue guy for us for a long time

Pods reminds me of rookie Monta a bit in his attitude. He has that chip on his shoulder like Monta did. He has no fear like Monta did. I really thought we had something in Monta his rookie year. Watching him defend Kobe and Wade that year was something. Then he learned all the wrong lessons.

Podz is OK. I think he'll be solid depth for us.

It sucks that JJJr went one pick before ours though...and sucks to see him ballin in Miami. I think he would've been exactly what we needed.

I liked Jaime Jaquez but his upside is fairly low. I mean people didn't like at the time that Duarte was taken a pick before us. And I'm 1000% happy he didn't fall that one spot further.
I was right about 3 point shooting. I expect to be right about Tacko Fall. Some coach will figure out how to use Tacko Fall. This movement towards undersized centers will sweep ng back. Back to the basket scorers will return to the NBA.

Wemby wins ROTY. As expected. Chet will finish 2nd because of frankly crappy rules that still call him a rookie

3rd place is going to be interesting though. Brandon Miller, Jaime Jaquez, Podz, Keyonte.. hell TJD might even get a vote or 2

No matter what the voting says, one hell of a pick by MDJ and the bunch. Getting a gamer at 19 was a highlight of a truly rough season

Pretty crazy draft class especially considering how Scoot turned out

He’s fun to watch. A great pickup for us and has plenty of room for growth in his defence and his spot up shooting.
I love the intangibles he brings. Curry reinvented the 3ball…. Could Podz reinvent the charge game?

He looked so good when he was playing G-League with Dys Daniels. What happened?
