I missed the interview, I heard some stuff he said during one of the KNBR updates. He said the roster will look different after the trade deadline. Ralph said there was something we were working on last week that he's gonna look into again. I guess we have to wait for KNBR to update the Nellie show so we can listen for ourselves.

I heard it and to recap...All Nellie said that he was busy last week which is why he didn't go on last week...Ralph and Mr. T. then asked if we would see the same roster after the trading deadline. Nellie then replied with an emphatic, "NOT"....So Nelly knows they need some help and I would be surprised if the W's do not make a roster move.

My guess that it involves MP and or POB...

I'm guessing S Marion...the most likely. I think Nelson would absolutely LOVE a player like that....and I think he would send Harrington plus Pietrus or another young talent to get Marion...who would be both a defensive and rebounding improvement.

I heard it. He was asked if he expected to the roster to look the same after the deadline and he flat out said, Nope.

Then, they asked him if he was really sick last week when Smart did his show. He said he was "busy doing something" and wouldn't elaborate.

Shawn Marion has such a big salary, it would be tough to accommodate.

That's a disgusting thought.

Marion is the right guy.

Al,MP and Obee gets us there in the trade checker, but I can't imagine Phoenix being interested in a dumb player like Pete.

Baron for Jason Kidd no doubt.

Did Nellie say "Or else!" after he said "Nope!"?

If you want Marion, how about this:

GS sends: Harrington, Pietrus, POB, Hudson, 1st, cash
GS gets: Marion, Davis

Sac sends: Artest, Moore
Sac gets: Williams, POB, Piatkowski, Hudson, Mourning, cash, GS 1st, Atl 1st

Mia sends: Davis, Williams, Parker, Mourning, cash
Mia gets: Banks, Harrington

Pho sends: Marion, Banks, Piatkowski, Atl 1st, cash
Pho gets: Moore, Artest, Pietrus, Parker

GS uses their Trade Exception to take Davis from Miami.

The trade is going to involve players that can't hit the 3 ball...So Biedrins, Be Right and POB are in serious jeopardy..Although I dont know why anybody would want POB and his contract situation....

I went to high school outside Seattle. When I was a kid, I lived in Aptos off and on for a few years but never went to school here (home-schooled). Anyways, I always loved it here and I moved back to go to UCSC.

I want Sam Cassell bad.

I don't see a 4 team deal going down.

If we trade for Ricky Davis and Blount, I'll jump off the Wagon.

Nellie with the emphatic "Not", when asked if the roster would be the same after the trade deadline.

I'm gonna edit the title. Nellie was asked if the roster will be the same after the deadline, he said "NOT!" "we need help". at the beginning he insinuated that he was working on something last week, thats why he didn't do the Nellie show. he could have just been BSing though, you know Nellie.

It's going to be for a frontline player who can hit the 3 ball..All this Khoee talk of Nellie wanting a Tyrus Thomas is silly...Sorry pal :P
