Nope, I watched a lot of USC games and he won't be able to get those shots in the pros. The alley oops won't come as frequent and his shot is still erratic. He finished the season off on a tear though, which really is remarkable. It shows that it just took him a month to figure out NCAA basketball and it should be noted that he's a smart player for figuring it out so fast.

I like the guy, but unless his coach is willing to live through a month of growing pains (which Nelson isn't) he'll be a rarely used 2 for a while.

If he didnt ever have to put the ball on the floor, the kid would be a great finisher...They should of changed the rules for him.

Craw + Azu + #7 for Blake + Outlaw + #24 (Clark) + #33 (T.Will)...

My Louisville source just told me that both these guys are slipping...

Jordan Hill should benifit from the famous *Mike Conley* effect...That's when there's nobody else at your position worth drafting top10, so a desperate team drafts you.

If Hill falls to us at 7, I would love to see us trade his rights to the Bucks for Ramon Sessions and the tenth pick. Rumors are the Bucks would love to land Hill and save money.

Seems the Bucks are luke warm on re-signing sessions for financial reasons. With number 10 we take the best available.....Blair, Jennings, Williams, Clark etc.

In Sessions we get a young PG who we know can play in the NBA for a lot less than any other free agent PG.

Thoughts?

Ok,seriously guys help me out here...

what is the thinking behind wasting a draft pick on a swingman when we have 6 already?

trade in the works to clear house maybe? bundle the pick with a few warriors to get what we need ( a PG IMO)

i'm so confused..whats the direction we are going (and without the jackass replies like "down $hit creek" lol)

If T Williams gets picked, then I'd be expecting a deal involving some of our other wings, namely Maggette, Azubukie, Crawford, Jackson, Beli and even Monta.

It'll be like when Stern read out "With the 18th pick in the draft, the GS Warriors select, Marco Belinelli", followed a few moments later with "There has been a trade"

Because you draft the best player period. And that's Derozan, who happens to be a swingman.

Besides, most of our wing players are crappy and overpaid. Just because we have alot of wing players doesn't mean they are all good.

Swing for the fence. Derozan would be the number 1 pick next year if he stayed another year at USC... beat the system and get him now at 7. Just like we did with Randolph last year.

If you can't dribble the ball at 19 years old, your sure not worth the 7th pick in the draft...Come on guys..When did you learn to dribble? There's no way at 20 years old, DeRozan is all of a sudden going to become Bob Cousy..His upside = JRich.

It's so clear to me that taking another wing is just assinine. We have 3 wings to dump as it is and grabbing another wing who isn't Kobe or Lebron, just doesn't make sense.

You can make an argument for Evans and Holiday based on their being PG's.

We need a PG and a beef player. Take the BPA of those 2 areas.

Rubio has already informed teams that he won't do workouts, but he might visit them to meet the front office and owners. The source said if visits happen, they will be to Los Angeles, Oklahoma City and Sacramento -- owners of the first, third and fourth picks in the draft.

How does Ricky's ass taste Memphis.
