Good move. He gives us a big-play receiver which should be good for Flacco. But I hope this is not the last move we make to improve our WR core. Especially considering Mason probably isn't returning.

Low risk move, doesn't really hurt us and at best he could turn into a solid number 2. You don't think Mason is returning? Ugh.
