Keys to the Game:

Ravens:
On Offense: Establish the running game and protect McNair against a non-existent Jets pass rush.
On Defense: Put pressure on inexperienced Clemens and shut down Thomas Jones.

Jets:
On Offense: Make sure Clemens leaves Baltimore alive. Hope Thomas Jones can find some holes, so Ravens think twice about aggressive blitzing.
On Defense: Don't let McNair stand and throw in the pocket. Try to generate some kind of rush with Ogden out. Make the Ravens one dimensional on offense (either running or passing).

Prediction: Ravens 20 Jets 6
First the federal government borrowed money; then gave the money to Bank of America; then I borrowed some of that money from Bank of America and gave it to the federal government; then the federal government gave the money back to Bank of America.

Latest I heard, McNair won't play and Boller will get the start. But you never know with Steve. He may surprise us.

Either way, Pennington isn't playing, we're at home, and our strengths matchup very well against their weaknesses.

Ravens - 16
Jets - 3

McNair is definitely no playing. At least he'll get some rest, now.

Cleveland 51, Cincinnati 45

Jamal Lewis: 23 carries, 207 yards, 1 TD with time still remaining

What the hell? There's a lot to take from this, and not much good news

Yes, but theoretically, if the Bengals beat us and the Browns beat the Bengals... ahh hell, I'm just amazed Jamal Lewis ran for 200 yards.

From what I gathered from the <5 seconds of Ravens highlights on the halftime show, Boller managed to make a 2 yard TD pass wobble. But it was a touchdown, so I don't know what to take from that. Stupid CBS

Couldn't see the game, but it seems that we got complacent late but the Jets didn't take advantage.

A quick recap....

Boller led us early in the game by successfully moving the chains, time after time. Capped by a beautiful short toss to McGahee for the TD.

I believe it was the next Jets possession where Clemens threw a deep pass which was promptly intercepted by Ed Reed.

Nearing halftime, the Ravens made yet another deep drive down the field, led by Boller, which was finished by Kyle throwing a lob pass to Heap in the endzone (though it was questionable whether he actually had possession of the ball). The call was ruled TD and the Ravens went into the half with a 17-3 lead (Stover threw in a FG).

It wasn't until the 4th quarter when the Jets made their run. Led by Clemens and Jones (who did a surprisingly good job against our run D late in the game), New York scored a FG, followed by a TD (Clemens threw a short toss to Chris Baker, IIRC). Luckily, we kicked a 28yd (I think) FG before the Jets made their big move.
