Post#1 » by HMFFL » Wed Jun 13, 2007 12:08 am

It's time for us to get back on track and win a series.

Game 1:

ATL: K. Davies (3-4, 5.31)
MIN: K. Slowey (1-0, 4.09)

Game 2:

C. Silva vs. C. James

Game 3:

J. Santana vs. T. Hudson

One bad inning cost us the game last night.

We left a lot of runners on base too.

I did enjoy watching Salty and McCann in the lineup together. Hopefully Chuck gives us a solid performance tonight.

Can't wait to watch Santana and Hudson.

Wasting a great oppurtunity to take over first place. The injuries are not helping but we need to play better all the way around.

Chuck help us out tonight.

Another good game from Salty last night.

Injuries or not, we still have the bats to win games, and we aren't doing that. I don't want to hear any excuses out of the team. (Not that we will)

Today has to be a win or it's a very good chance that we hand the entire series to the Twins.

We were without our two best players last night and we still should have won if not for one terrible inning from Davies. Hopefully we get one or both back and James gives us a quality start.

Happy to see Edgar and Chipper back in the lineup, but I hate that Chipper has to DH. No Salty :(

While Minn is a very difficult place to play, I can't believe were giving these games away like this, and the Mets are even falling.

Now we get Johan.

We can't score on Carlos Silva.

I'm really down on the club right now. No one is stepping up - and to me it looks like Andruw doesn't care.

I can't stand watching AJ run to first base off. He never attempts to beat the throw to first.

The way we've been playing its fitting that we get a great performance from Hudson and blow it. Off to Cleveland for 3 more tough games.
