Why cant baseball change its playoff format

We need to take 8 teams from NL and 8 from AL

speaking of injuries, does anyone feel that there are some injuries through the years that occur because we play on turf? i'm a bit ashamed of the Rogers Centre at times, because we're one of the few teams that dont use grass.. I mean the Argos don't play at the RC no more, so can't grass be used, some way, somehow?

I don't think the Jays use turf anymore.

They use the new field turf that a lot of teams use including Toronto FC.

So they haven't placed Glaus on DL yet, but he has been playing through that nagging injury for a while now, my guess is that he will go on the 15 day DL, rehab, come back, play a bit, take some game off to rehab,

So in other words, he won't be at 100% until next season

But neither will the rest of the team.

This is one of those situations where if I was playing as this season's Jays in a video game, I'd hit the reset button.

And the Fire Riccardi button.
