Denver fires head coach

ESPN - The Broncos have fired head coach Josh McDaniels, according to an ESPN report.
According to the wiretap, the Broncos have fired McDonald's. How many future draft picks did this guy trade away?

I consider Urban Meyer to be good as next years coach. I know his family loved Colorado and Ft. Collins.

He has some pretty strong ties to Ohio as well, so he could become the Bengals new coach if/when they fire their current coach (Marvin Lewis).
