Broncos sign David Terrell

Post#1 » by Gibbs » Thu Apr 12, 2007 11:21 pm

The Denver Broncos signed free agent wide receiver David Terrell to a one-year contract Thursday. Terrell, 28, played for the Broncos in 2005 but was out of the NFL last season after Denver released him on Sept. 2.

I think that tells you that the Broncos are not going to draft a WR early in the draft.

Jarrett would be ideal, I think picking him at 21 is a reach. But if we can move up to get him in the early second round im all for it. I think he can be a solid possession wide out in the league. I nice 1-2 punch with Walker, at the wide out position.

I would perfer with our first pick to address a bigger need, either a pass rush specialist or a OL men.

Our offense without Jarrett is still solid. Walker, with Rod, and stokley, along with graham at TE, and Henry at tailback with Cutler at QB. I think our specialist's are there wouldnt hurt to get younger, my only concern from the offensive side of the ball is the line.

EDIT: The David Terrell signing, is meaningless imo. He sucks.

Dont forget about Brandon Marshall, I'm betting on him having a big season.
