felix's stuff is amazing. when was the last time you seen a 93 MPH slider? (maybe rob nen) 88 MPH curve? mid to high 90s 2-seamer?
certainly not in the same pitcher's arsenal.
this kid is crazy.

One hit shutout it is. Gotta love how ESPN was completely over Dice-K and Felix just dominates.

i said this on the redsox game thread but figured the rest of the board needed to know

Matsuzaka succumbs to all the pressure early and gives up 3 runs in the 1st 4 innings while The King flirts with a nono. :D

so 300 points for me, granted matsuzaka did look good but i was pretty spot on for the whole prediction.

Fernandez NO HIT the Boston Red Sox through 7 inninngs, he only gave up one hit, throwing a complete game shutout. Wholy crap, he stole Matzuaka's thunder in his first appearance at Fenway

Yeah, I love it when that happens. Last year they were all over Clemens returns and Liriano raped him...hard.

Too bad the Cards don't face the Mariners this year, or else we'd be able to see the 2 best pitchers in the game go at it. (Kip Wells and Felix)

I have Felix in a fantasy league. Got him for Bronson Arroyo, seems like it's working out right now.

Yuck.

Also King Felix looks very slender this year, very svelte.
