Watched last weeks game again.... The turnovers killed us and they were silly turnovers and drops. Those turnovers also setup the Falcons who really didnt do much else against us. I felt embarrassed as a fan so I know the players themselves were peeved. No prediction for this one but we will at least score 21 points.

Phins 21 - Colts ??? (20)
1. Herro 2. Bol Bol 3. Seko 4. Bruno
unless we trade up for Barrett or trade down for PJ Washington

Davone Bess was a bright spot and that was about it. I think he is going to do this for us week in and week out. What a find he is for us. He is by far our best reciever while not the most talented he is doing a hell of job.

Interesting thought I had earlier.... Pat White is going to eventually be the starting QB of this team. Maybe this year if we continue to lose. This will be Chad P's last season here unless we really bounce back and take week one as a fluke/mishap.

Why do I think Pat White will be the guy? I really just think he is the most talented football player we have on our roster. He's an athlete, he can handle the pressure, he can lead, once he learns how to run a pro offense, and perfect his throwing he will be our guy.

With that said I'd like Ted Ginn, Hartline, and Patrick Turner make some plays and to Bess out. Pennington needs to get them the ball, but it will be tough dealing with Indy's front four.
I expect the same type of production from our run game, although it would be great to see Ronnie Brown go nuts and put up some crazy numbers. I keep waiting for him to have his year... maybe this is it.

I'm excited about the future of the secondary. Sean Smith and Vonta Davis are really going to be good players. It would be nice to one or both come forward on Monday and really take control of the our defense in the secondary. If they can be as good as advertised in college than we are going to be a tight defense for quite a while.

As far as insight for the game tonight. I don't have much. You can't stop Peyton Manning, or outsmart him and as long as Peyton Manning is playing the Colts will always have a chance any place, any time, on any day or night. This game will be a dog fight from hell if we even stand a chance (which I don't think we do). It would be nice to see us actually stay competitive for four entire periods with the Colts, and the rest of our foes this season.

People this is not a playoff year for our team. We have the most challenging schedule that I can remember any team having in quite some time. I do want to look back on this year and say that we had a shot in pretty much every game at winning. It will give hope to 2010. Not trying to be a pessimist, I just don't see us hanging tough with beasts of the AFC this year. We are out of our league as proven in the playoffs last season.

This game hinges on two things, basically. Your secondary vs. our passing game, and our front 7 vs. your running game. I expect this game to be close, especially with Anthony Gonzalez and Bob Sanders out, but this Colts team is as good as it was last season.

I'm not expecting a victory in this game either, but I would at least like to see some type of improvement in the running game from last week. And by that I mean, stop being a wussy Sparano and run the damn ball. Forget the trick plays, the wildcat, Pat White, just give Ronnie Brown the ball and block people out of his way.
For a long time it gave me nightmares, witnessing an injustice like that. It’s a constant reminder of just how unfair this world can be.I can still hear them taunting him, Silly Rabbit tricks are for kids.I mean why couldn’t they just give him some cereal?

Such a huge game, we were great in games after losses last year so lets hope that continues this season.

Oh and I have an 11 point lead in fantasy football this week with the only player left to play on either team being Addai on his team so we need to shut him down so I win that matchup too. ;o

I'm really going to be pissed if the 50 points chris johnson gave me today go to waste in a loss.

Hoping R Brown has a big game is like hoping you'd find a way to get with some VS model.

We all know the schedule is tough, very tough. If we are going to have any success this season (meaning a winning record) we are going to have to be a great home team, going 7-1 or better imo. So even though it sounds like a typical overreaction we really need to win this game, especially since our division is looking strong again.

MadPT’s formula for winning = quit running triple reverse half back option toss to the fullback BS, and give the ball to Ricky and Ronnie. If they cannot run then we probably won’t win anyway.

If I’m wrong then I’m wrong I had a feeling we would lose last week but I think we bounce back strong and win this week.
