The biggest reason we were so successful last year was because we almost never beat ourselves. Today's been the polar opposite. Just sloppy, mediocre football across the board. You could see hints of it last week, but we were at home and just better than SF. Not the case today. Packers haven't even been that good, as evidenced by the fact we're still in it.

As usual, the NFL has backed itself into a corner with gross overlegislation re: driving QBs into the turf. I don't know why they can't just set a foundation of rules and leave it up to their officials' judgement, like pass interference and holding. But now they're in the same situation they've been with the catch controversies in recent years.

We benefited, I'll take it, but that's just an awful, awful call.

Ill take it cause it was almost an identical call to the Kendricks one earlier in the game. But ya what a horrific call. That is as clean of a play as you can get.

For sure. Both of them were terrible, but at least ours wiped out an INT. This is going to be a huge issue all season long, and then they're going to have to change it in the offseason.

It was an overreaction to the Rodgers injury. Defensive players are screwed now when it comes to the QB. Cant touch head, legs and now when you hit them in the chest you have to adjust mid tackle to not land on him. Its a joke. Might as well make it flag football for the QB.
