yeah that was a bad loss
that lions team on the drive for the win looked like a completely different team from the one in the third quarter, they are really clutch

well that stinks, great chance to win that game but made a few too many mistakes
defense was great but couldn't get enough done on offense and special teams was really awful

i'm not giving up - especially with that schedule coming up
but we have a steep hill to climb

sounds like zimmer is back with the team, so that's good
we have an easy schedule to close, which is nice because we'll probably need to win out to have a shot

we won, moved the ball downfield better this game (3 passes over 40 yards! and a run over 20!)
offense needs to convert third downs better, and i think extra points are just something that are going to haunt us

The short yardage game is brutal. 2 trips inside the one with no points is crazy.
Separately the fact that the Giants beat the Cowboys really hurts any playoff chances we have. We have win out no matter what, but it's looking like that may not be enough.

everyone we needed to lose, won yesterday - so bad day for playoff positioning but at least we won, hopefully we get some help next week

i've seen suggestions of trying the wildcat in short yardage situations
might be interesting and at least a change from asiata into a wall

adrian is going to practice this week, ideally he'd like to return for green bay but we'll see how it goes

I think we're going to need some help against Green Bay, so it would be nice to have Adrian back.

adrian is back this week
it will be interesting to see how they incorporate him back into the offense. the passing game at least is going pretty good

well that sucked (and i only watched a quarter and a half - before deciding to brave double digit negative temps)
minuscule odds of making the playoffs now

man i just want a nice solid win to end on a positive note (and put this defensive rebellion story behind us)

At least we won our finale, and Sam Bradford even set a record.

yeah, i wanted they to have a nice solid win - so that's good
kind of a lost year, so many injuries. in the end i'm fine with them trying to salvage the season after teddy (with the bradford trade). i've seen some places saying now its not a great trade because they think shaun hill could have gotten us to this spot (.500) if we had stuck with him (or traded for someone worse). i'm not convinced of that - and we couldn't have known that the whole offensive line would get hurt and fall apart on us

I agree that we couldn't of predicted all the other injuries to the offensive line and Adrian Peterson. Bradford had a very good statistical season. He performed at a level to justify what we gave up for him, even though I wouldn't call it a good trade because we didn't make the playoffs.
Of course we still don't know if Teddy will be healthy next year.

How did Alexander look this season in his limited minutes?

Not particularly good.
