Collins will miss his fourth straight game with an undisclosed illness. He was added to the injury report Nov. 7 and returned to practice Nov. 27. He had been listed as doubtful on the team's injury report this week.
Williams, the Patriots' No. 2 tight end, has played 38.6 percent of the offensive snaps, and his injury led to the promotion of tight end Asante Cleveland from the practice squad Saturday. Williams had been listed as questionable.
Without Amendola and injured No. 1 receiver Julian Edelman (foot), the Patriots face Denver without two of their top three on the receiver depth chart. No. 4 receiver Aaron Dobson was placed on season-ending injured reserve Thursday, and four-year veteran Keshawn Martin has missed the past five games with a hamstring injury. Martin is questionable for Sunday's game. That leaves veteran Brandon LaFell and undrafted free agent Chris Harper as New England's lone healthy receivers.
