Very young guy who showed big time improvement against better competition than the others.

If hendricks and walker are gone, i thnk Ausar has to be the pick.

I've got the pick order through 10 now I could be wrong on a couple depending on the teams and how they value these guys and if any trades happen.

1. Wemby
2. Miller
3. Scoot
4. Amen
5. Whitmore
6. Ausar
7. Walker
8. Black
9. Dick
10. Hendricks

I heard on one of the podcasts today i think Lowe post is the reason why Whitmore was dropping isnt because of poor workouts hes had which is what i've seen on twitter last few days but because some concerns over his medical.

I'm with Wemby on this one. There is no reason why Coulibaly should be picked below the twins. They can't shoot and played against laughable competition while Bilal played against grown men playing for their careers. I just don't get why they are projected so high. To me they are busts waiting to happen, but who am I to judge. :wavefinger:

they're very athletic but are they faster than Kendall Brown who went in the second round and got a two-way?

Normally I hate cash based draft swaps for my team, but I def can’t blame the Pacers for this one. From what I hear, they CLEANED UP on cash payment here. An insane amount.

am I remembering correctly that we got K Brown at 48 and signed him to a two-way?

Yup. 47 is much more in the range of two ways than 40 usually is.

About 2 hours till show time!

I like the cash from the LAL and I think that makes us ready to pick. It's possible there could be another deal in the works but I doubt it.

One thing that's bothering me some of the sites have the Pacers picking these 6'4'' to 6'5'' guards at 26. I don't think we need any guards. The need is Forward, big forwards! Walker or Hendricks at 7 and TJD at 26. I still want Vukcevic as a stash with 47 but doubt he's there and there are 3-4 guys who would be nice picks at 55.

Is Buddy okay coming off the bench or has he asked to be traded? How many years do TJ and George have left? I'm okay swinging for the fences at 26 as long as we get a forward at 7.

But the Pacers are stacked at guard. Hailburton, Hield, Mathurin, Duarte, TJ, and Nembhard, not to mention that Nesmith can play SG if needed. So if Hield wants to start how about sending him to LAL for Beasley and #17. You know they want Buddy or at least their sure did.

If he'd rather be traded, they'll probably let his agent look for a spot. We're told even Denver deal won't be official tonight so don't panic at 26 as it could accompany Buddy in a deal.

Denver deal could be made official just as soon as the first round is over.

For those confused, this pick came to Denver via OKC. In exchange, OKC is getting Denver's 2029 1st round pick (with protections). Based on the "7 Drafts rule", if the deal was made asap, then there's no legal way the pick could roll over into 2030 if the pick fell in the protected zone. However, once the first round is completed, then 2030 could be "traded" as it would now fall within the 7 draft range. Then, once that's completed, Denver can forward the pick to us.

I understand Charlotte selecting Brandon Miller instead of Scoot Henderson, but dang does it already seem like a huge mistake for them.

I don't care who was picking #2, it should have been Scoot. Even with us.

He's just too damn good to pass up. He would be my #1 pick in several drafts the past years. I think he has the MJ/Kobe attitude, and Derrick Rose game. He has superstar potential, and I'm taking that every time.

I got the first 3 right. Maybe should have had Hendricks at 6, if I had this do over.

Yup. Brandon Miller seems like he could be a really, really, really good wing in the NBA, which isn't anything to sneeze at.

Scoot just seems like he could be an absolutely great guard in the NBA. And when you only won 27 games the year before, you've gotta go for it all.

Loving both twins gone.

Edit- and Black. Call Dallas. Maybe we can get two off our wish list.
