They wont sign Kevin Boss or Steve Smith. Didn't go after any LB's. We got our backs into camp ( now lets make them hold on to the football). Revamped O-Line.
Off season has been average at best.
What are your expectations for the Giants this year.
7-9..

Re: Giants offseason progression..
as a neutral observer, i think theyve had a bad OS
they lost players, their rivals got better, not a good mix

Re: Giants offseason progression..
Giants just like the Cowboys could not make any moves because they are over the cap. I think Will Beatty can be a goot LT in this league and he is healthy. David Baas supposedly is a better C than he was a guard. Manningham is going to get better and Nicks, loosing Boss hurts the Giants a lot though. He was the total pacakage at TE, block and catch.
BTW have you guys heard about our FB Henry Hynoski, he is a blocking machine.

Re: Giants offseason progression..
it seems to me the FO didnt plan enough for the lockout
they put a product out there that wasnt good enough to win into the POs, and at the same time the product was hurting their cap space to get better
it should be one or the other: put a team out that wins (they didnt), or put a decent team out there but manage the cap to utilize it once new system in place (doesnt seem like they did that either)

Re: Giants offseason progression..
Looking at the schedule the Giants love beating up on the weaker teams. The Giants will end their loosing streak vs Philadelphia this year. That I can guarantee!
Week 1 @ Washington - Win
Week 2 St Louis - Win
Week 3 Philadelphia - Lost
Week 4 @ Arizona - Win (They Have Kolb, but he has only Fitzgerald and a aging Todd Heap.)
Week 5 Seattle - Win
Week 6 Buffalo - Win
Week 7 Bye
Week 8 Miami - Win ( Reggie Bush is overrated, Chad Henne smh.)
Week 9 @ New England - Lost (Rematch of Superbowl 42, this game will be a close one.)
Week 10 @ San Francisco - Win (Alex Smith really?)
Week 11 Philadelphia - Win (Giants finally get one on Philadelphia.)
Week 12 @ New Orleans - Lost
Week 13 Green Bay - Lost
Week 14 @ Dallas - Lost
Week 15 Washington - Win
Week 16 @ New York Jets - Win (Close One.)
Week 17 Dallas - Win
I have the Giants going 10-6 or 11-5 thanks to the NFC West (We will see another 8-8 division winner), Buffalo Bills and Washington Redskins.
