Should I accept this trade in Fantasy Football?

I'm in a 12 team Standard Scoring Non PPR League

This guy has offered me Jackie Battle (RB who had a breakout game this past weekend for the Chiefs) and Jermichael Finley for Roddy White.

This is my team currently:

QB- Tony Romo
WR- Roddy White
WR- Mike Wallace
RB- Darren McFadden
RB- Shonn Greene
RB/WR- Victor Cruz
TE- Ed Dickson
K- John Kasay
DEF- New York Giants

Bench:
Jonathan Stewart
Terrell Owens
Deion Branch
Pierre Thomas
Jay Cutler
Jermaine Gresham

So should I take it or is it a ripoff? Why or why not?

Since this is not a PPR league I would rather have a stud WR than a Stud TE. The WR always gets more yards than the TE. Although your backup RBs are weak, I would not give up a top 5 WR in Fantasy Football for a TE and a ok RB. Branch and Cruz are inconsistent so you can't rely on them, and it's still up in the air with TO.
