Almost same keys to the game some additions:

#1 Derek Carr should not ever EVER stiff arm anyone ever again.
#2. Try not & get behind 14-0 or what not so early in the game, so we can actually try & keep
the running game going...
#3. Hopefully the Offence can get going & get our D# some rest so our D isn't super tired.

- establish the run. They have an excellent run defense, but their pass defense can be exploited by a strong arm.
- make Flacco beat you. They have Steve Smith and little else in the pass game. Make Gilmore and Aiken make plays
- get to the QB. The Ravens have a really good OL, so Mack and Aldon need to put Flacco on the ground enough to scare him like Denver did

We're going to have to blitz sometimes.

It's too easy for the teams to double Mack and render him ineffective if we're not being diverse in how we bring pressure.
We left him out there to dry last week.

In game 1, McGloin showed a lot and we really didn't really talk about it. 23-31 for 142 yards 2tds 1int. Not bad.

I agree he wasn't good mostly check downs and short passes but he was accurate and moved the chains. We need Carr to be better in Game 2

Carr looking good early today…shutting me the hell up.

Norton is gonna have to get more imaginative on defense.
Not liking the Mack move to DE either.
I dunno how much longer I can be patient waiting on this D.
