Theoretically yes, since the NFL added an extra playoff spot to each conference this season. So now there are 3 wild card spots available.

Practically however, its very unlikely. Since there are so many in division games, all 4 teams are unlikely to have records good enough to make the playoffs. In order for it to happen, you would need basically even splits across the board for division games, and all 4 teams would need to have superb out of division records.
