Yeah Hurts has not impressed me at all. If he didn't get that complete pass called he has like 100 yards, he has gotten bailed on by 49ers and refs penalties and a huge injury

He's not some elite passer, at least not yet.

But it could be that his shoulder is bothering him enough not to attempt too much downfield. They haven't had to, they took their shots but they haven't tested Lenoir or Jimmy Ward that heavily.

Its going to be interesting to see how Philly fares in the Super Bowl.

Their defense has not been remotely challenged in over a month.

Giants fielded there C team in week 18 against them, then they had a 1st round bye, then they murdered the talent deficient Giants early and cruised the vast majority of the game, and now they opposed a 9ers offense with godawful QB play.

Going to be interesting to see them go up against Mahomes or Burrow.

Agreed. They have not looked as good as advertised.

Their key is being comfortable with 4th and 2 or 3. They just go for it. Makes 3rd and 2 like 2nd and 2.

I've come to peace with the loss, just after halftime. So this type of loss is better for me and my blood pressure, lol

Well, what was the idea behind having Kroft block Reddick, who didn't buy the play action at all, made a straight beeline for Purdy after easily shedding Kroft?

Or the 49ers tried another play action with Johnson and this time, they tried to bring Kittle from the inside to try to cut off Reddick, who again didn't buy the ball fake and almost got another fumble?

I guess they were looking for longer downfield passes on those plays.

He's a decent QB as long as the ref calls passes that hit the ground complete. Having friends in the right places is more important than talent.
