Adam Schefter:

Jets’ deal with OC Chan Gailey has not gotten done, and there are questions as to whether it will, leaving Gailey and Jets’ futures uncertain. “Everybody made it seem like a done deal – everybody except me,” Gailey said Monday. Three other teams have talked to Gailey about joining their staff and he is contemplating whether to do it, he said. He only wants to coach with the right team in the right situation. But those reports of Gailey joining the Jets were premature and Gailey said the two sides are at a crossroads, “but nothing’s happened yet.”

Raiders being the Raiders again. They hired Bill freaking Musgrave as their offensive coordinator. If it wasn't the Raiders, I'd ask for somebody smarter than myself to explain that one to me beyond Musgrave having a relationship or relationships with somebody or people inside the Raiders organization.

Patriots are now under investigation for deflating this woman's tires.

Jason La Canfora:

I'd expect Vig Fangio and Ed Donatell to agree to join the Skins coaching staff by Tues AM. Would be very surprised if they did not

I want this to happen before Dan Quinn can officially leave Seattle for Atlanta.

Jason La Canfora:

Ravens have announced the hiring of Marc Trestman as their OC. Made the best out of a difficult situation. Good move

It's just stupid how smart their organization is throughout the whole darn thing and how well they run that show. Argh!

The Jags are hiring Greg Olson to be their offensive coordinator. The market is thinning out of the best candidates

Mortenson reporting that 11 of the 12 balls used by the Patriots were indeed deflated and under 2 lbs less then the required psi...

The Ravens are also jumping into this with a formal complaint, which now complicates things even further... The Colts had their butts handed to them so most have overlooked the deflation story because of the lopsided outcome where the deflation probably would not have played much of a factor... But with the Ravens now involved, their tight game with the Patriots raises some serious questions...

99% of you would not want him in on our team, me on the other hand would welcome him with open arms:

Percy Harvin - WR - Jets

ESPN Jets reporter Rich Cimini believes the Jets releasing WR Percy Harvin is the "logical move."

The sixth-round pick the Jets parted with in the Harvin deal becomes a fourth-round pick if he is still on the Jets roster in 2015. Cimini doubts new Jets GM Mike Maccagnan will be willing to sacrifice two rounds in order to keep an injury-prone receiver and his $10.5 million contract on the roster. We tend to agree. Harvin will likely be looking for work during free agency.

Kent Somers:

Dick LeBeau will not be joining #azcardinals staff, per source. don't know his plans. Arians still expected to fill DC job from within

Mike Nolan was also linked to them. I kind of hope they promote from within. I might be the biggest Arians guy on the planet outside of some of the illogical people in AZ, but he doesn't have the strongest candidates on staff for a big role bump IMO. Wouldn't ever rule out what they could all do collectively but I'm just talking about them as lone men.

Odell Beckham just made a 46-yard FG in warm-ups before the Pro Bowl. And they are experimenting with the narrow goal posts for this game now, too, to make the field goal even more ridiculous! They went from 18 feet, 6 inches apart to 14 feet, 6 inches.
