Really bad decision to throw back across the body into the middle of the field there. He's gotten lucky on that sort of play repeatedly, but had to bite him eventually.

Well, Kyle, can you coach this team? 'Cause their execution has been **** for the past two weeks. Need to win next week against Cincy or we are in danger of losing the division, much less the conference.

Purdy aint the reason 9ers lost, but he certainly played a role. Those last 2 possessions were as bad as it gets

As bad as Purdy was at the end, I still blame Wilks for this one. That TD at the end of the half is the worst defensive play call I've ever seen.

2 straight weeks, where the scoreboard doesn't really reflect it, but the defense has gotten WORKED.

Hard to win giving up 450 yards.

Yep, Vikings should have won by 20. Almost 500 yards and kicked FGs with 1st at the goal line

We still need a damn QB after all these years. Damn I wished we had signed Cousins.

We settled for Jimmy and his clone.

1 punt, 0 sacks and maybe like 3 pressures on 45 dropbacks

Well deserved loss. Purdy was skiddish, no pass rush, even worse coverage, terrible defensive coordination, turnovers, penalties.

I think he rushed it, could have run for decent yards or wait until WRs broke open.

The defender was sitting there and a WR was cutting in his path. Maybe hoping the WR would snatch it in front of him?

But he didn’t get enough on it.

Defense just isn’t winning at the line. For a long stretch in the first half, Cousins was faking the handoff every play, enough to make the LBs hesitate. But he kept doing it every play and tHere were big voids in the secondary.

Oh well, Philly righted the ship yesterday and KC has been winning with a top 5 defense but yesterday their offense looked like peak Mahomes, though obviously they don’t have Hill any more.

Don't let recency bias get ahold of you. $40 mil/year Cousins is a loser.

That’s true. We also could have drafted Mahomes or Watson, but chose Solly Thomas lol

I still can't believe we blitzed with 16 seconds left in the half and MIN had 0 timeouts

I think he would have preferred Kyle made the terrible game changing playcall as opposed to Wilks, but yeah he's definitely giddy right now.

Return to San Francisco 49ers
