Because they have huge pass-rush splits and no gap integrity, so any QB who doesn't just stay put in the pocket just moves through the huge holes between DL, buys time, and finds an open man.

Seems like they should have been able to do recognize and do something about that like 3 years ago and a couple D coordinators ago.
