He has a large cap hit (like Goff), so I don't know how Minnesota will get out of that. But I guess anything is possible.

I'd move him for under certain circumstances for Watson. He's not wrong about crap o-lines for years but he's also tied for first in sacks he's responsible for. If he wants to be a drama queen and get attention for a week or two or trying to get Pete to do something that is fine. If he is going to be a pain in the ass at that price tag, I'd rather spend on defense and find a serviceable QB and promising youngster like Hurts after next season.

Yeah, he's responsible for a good number of those sacks. If you don't want to get sacked so much, then don't hang onto the ball so long. He tries to play hero ball way too much at times.

Watson has the same issue. Hangs onto the ball.

I guess I never realized you get to carry over cap space...
This isn't our cap number- just what comes over towards our space from last year. It's a good year to go after talented OL FAs but i fear it will mean we clear space in a few ways starting with not resigning Wright.

The Russ drama... that's going to get old quick. I don't really like our options for moving on, I do approve of getting a baddass line, but also dude has to own up to how many sacks he causes himself.
