That's the question that popped into my head when I read the part about Big Al losing the 8lbs in one day. That can't be done that fast. If so, then he's takin something quick to drop the tad weight.

Titans OT David Stewart had arthroscopic surgery to repair cartilage tear to his knee. Stewart is expected to be back for the fourth preseason game.

"Stewart worked through pain in the same knee last year, and the team opted for the surgery when soreness returned after the game against St. Louis.

“We could have probably worked through it,” Fisher said. “It makes no sense to have a lingering thing throughout the season. We wanted to get it put behind us now so it’s not a problem.”

Fourth-year tackle Daniel Loper will start in Stewart’s place. Tackle Mike Otto will also see the field more"

The Titans played their last day of camp and former QB Steve "Air" McNair pays the Titans a good visit. Also the Titans will cut their roster count to 75 players on Aug 26th and then to 53 players by Aug 30th to follow the mandatory roster count.
