Is VY10 coachable?

I;m posing this question to get a feel where ppl are on the VY10 issue. Obviously this is his last chance to make something happen or it's over for VY as a Titan. He says he's confident in himself that he will improve this season. The issues come down to how's his throwin mechanics and most of all are his teammates on the same page as VY in spite of what happen last season? Only time will tell.

My take is it's a possibility he may come up short. His mechanics this far in his career as a QB should've been efficient for him to be pick that high in the draft three yrs ago. He was able to fool opponents in his first year at the ready, but his second year, the defense was ready and VY was expose at the drop of a hat. Right now, my confident in VY is around 60 to 65%.
