I just caught this on SportsCenter;

I guess when the Sosa corked bat fiasco occurred, MLB notified the Cubs that they have an hour to remove any corked bats from the clubhouse, and attendants ended up removing roughly 70 bats.

(they weren't all Sosa's)

SportsCenter is pretty late reporting this. The SunTimes/(Tribune?) reported about a week ago. Must be a slow day at BSPN.

This is a huge game for us. Since going 2 games over .500 we have flip/flopped losses and wins. We need to do well the rest of the month and try to get that number closer to 10 games over .500.
