Don't blame Vince when you don't win the Super Bowl.

I'm a Titans fan from NYC. It's obvious the organization doesn't want Vince to look good. Every other high draft pick quauter back gets his team to draft WR and TEs for them. The Titans continue to overlook the offense. The superbowl had Moss and Burress. Without Burress, Eli would probably have been benched by now. Half of Eli's throws are just lobs that Burress goes and out jumps the CB. Peyton Manning drafts a WR top 2 rounds every year. It's simple. No QB will ever look good without help. This organization has drafted DE and RBs way too much. They wasted McNair talent by never drafting help for him. Someone needs to get fired there. Listen to your star player. Successful organizations do that.

McNair had Derrick Mason, Eddie George, Frank Wycheck, Erron Kinney, Lorenzo Neal and more decent players during his time with the Titans.

On Vince, he has to improve his accuracy on the field and consistancy in terms of throw the ball to his receivers. This season coming up will tell the tale to whether or not Vince has improve or not. If he does, that would mean a lot to the Titans. IF not, the Titans may need to start looking at more options at QB. Right now, VY at best is like a Mike Vick w/o the superspeed. He knows when to run the ball, but at times shows inconsistancies in his throwing accuracy.

With a scrambling QB like Vince, it would be better suited for the Titans (and also more important to Vince) to have a solid TE with good hands, and a security blanket RB who can catch the ball in the flat out of the backfield. We've sold one of the problems by picking up Crumpler, and hopefully Crumpler's ability to get spacing will help Vince not only with his passing, but also open up scrambling lanes.

Look at all the past scrambling QBs, and see who their top receivers are. You'll often see that TE's are the top targets of the QBs.

Now the problem is, what are the Titans going to do about the Defense...

Yeah just don't blame him. He's a very good QB but doesn't have enough around him to come close to making it.
