I’m out. Early morning. Not worth watching this.

I hope Lue saw whatever he wanted to with his experiment.

Powell is not a starter. We should be going with Theis/Brown to start

Coffey is crap too so far, so Plan A wouldn't have worked either.

And Theis is minus-11 in only 7 minutes. So Plan C isn't working either.

Tucker is Plan D. We're running out of letters.

This team is looking old and slow on offense. What does Ty Belichick do? Put PJ Tucker back in the rotation.

This is why you have to try and develop Brown, Miller and Diabate. If not, you cannot stand pat at the deadline or the buyout market. Watching them just slow, late and confused is getting painful :nonono:

Brown and Diabate were given their shots. So were the rest of the G-Leaguers. You have to WIN minutes in the NBA, especially on a team looking for the #1 seed. Look how everything went to hell in just 4 minutes to start the 3rd quarter. It's always a tightrope.

Soft, old, slow, small, poorly-coached, no assets left to improve with - this team is the worst of all worlds. They might win this one since the Kings are letting them hang around, but they don't pass the eye test at all.

Not sure about that. They are young players and it takes time. TMann got LOTS of time, and as you eloquently point out he doesn't provide much ROI. But still, young legs and hustle is worth something and you can't build a good player by not playing them. On the flip side, haven't seen Tucker do anything that resembles earning playing time and is getting some.

Back to the game. Finally playing hard, maybe not starting with a scrimmage mindset might help

Still waiting to hear who you have beating us in a 7 game series other than Denver. Everyone knows that beating a team in the regular season does not equal winning a playoff series.

This is painful. Need Kawhi to win this one. Fox is eating us alive and their role players are doing their jobs

I'd love to see which alternate-universe team you're watching that's capable of winning a series against anyone. It's certainly not the team we've seen on the court since the Grammy trip ended. These guys peaked way too early and have already been figured out by the rest of the league.

The 213 era in general has been years of consistent underachievement. They have not earned the blind confidence you are placing in them.

Sad. Really pathetic effort by most of the team. Russ getting more minutes has really hurt this team. Kawhi wasnt great. Harden was a turnstyle on defense. Powell was a turnstyle on defense. Lue's terrible lineups. Hes literally afraid to ever go big so we get hammered on the boards.
