Here's more on the Zeke St. Patty's day parade incident where he pulled that girl's top down. Seems the NFL did factor it in.

They put him on IR because he suffered a pretty bad concussion in practice before the 3rd preseason game.

The problem to me is what happens if he fights it? Say he appeals and they reduce the suspension to 2 to 4 games. He misses some early season games.

On other hand, say he fights it. The league has very broad powers to discipline players. Perhaps the St. Patrick's Day incident could support a suspension..... Some federal courts move much quicker than the deflate gate courts.....then is Zeke suspended and out for meaningful playoff games?

I hope this doesn't happen, losses the case on the merits in October or November and suspension carries into playoffs.

Here's hoping the court system moves in its normal, deliberative speed. Slow as hell.
