I heard this morning that the Cowboys are definitely looking to part ways with Dez. Either by trade or release.

Thank Heavens. There is a GOD after all !!!!!!!!

Well there’s this. Personally I’ve never been a fan of Haley dating back to his time here under Parcells.

I doubt they could get anything in a trade. Especially with that contract. More than likely he will just be released. With them picking 19th I think if they go with WR the Courtland Sutton from SMU will likely be the pick. He’s being projected to fall right in that range.

He's gotten every single penny he's going to get out of that Super Bowl win. He's awful.

Not exactly the hot up and coming offensive mind I was hoping to see in the rumor mill... for that matter, not the name I would have come up with at all. I'm with you. I'll pass.

We should be so lucky... I've watched a LOT of him the last few years as I've followed the career of Justin Lawler at SMU (local kid whose step mom worked with my wife) and he's terrific in all aspects of the game. He would look great in Blue & Silver.

Who will coach longer? Marvin Lewis or Jason Garrett?

Discuss!

I almost fell out of my chair when I heard Lewis got extended. I mean at least Garrett has won a playoff game (emphasis on least). How far has this franchise fallen though when you can legit compare them to a team like the Bengals.

Every time we hear someone tell us that Jerry is a terrible owner...

Mike Brown.

We don’t have an off season thread yet so I’ll just place this here. Looks like we have another team after Will McClay. In my opinion the Texans will be a serious threat to actually sign him. Jerry is going to have to money whip the hell out of McClay or will have to give up the GM title to McClay if they want to keep him.

That just popped up on my app.

This one would worry me. I know McClay's kid loves living in Dallas and I know that McClay is loyal to a fault when it comes to Jerry.
But... I-45 isn't much of a stretch to traverse.

He also would already have a young star QB in place. I believe he would immediately start rebuilding that OL in Houston.

Not to mention plenty of pieces (weapons) to support his young star QB. And a still formidable defense when healthy.

Yeah. This one scares me.

I kinda like Will McClay. Hate to see him go but Jerry has handcuffed him as well. Can't blame him for going however.

Sounds like Will is staying. A lot to be said for no ego.
