Anyone think we could play Ross at safety? I think as a safety he would make a nice coverage specialist to compliment Roy Williams.

Ross and all of those texas DBs showed nothing last year. Ross won the Thorpe for his returns. I am not sure anyone can tell what the UT backs can do

that isn't very accurate. Ross made huge plays throughout the year. go watch some of the games. The poor pass defense was mostly a result of the DBs focusing too much on run support (which they did partly because of poor LB play and partly because Chizik is crazy.) Tarrel Brown was also hampered by injuries and neither of the Griffin guys can cover anything. Ross has amazing ball instincts and hits hard, which is why I really think he could work as a safety.

I do not want him in Dallas. And I am a UT Fan. I saw every game this year, and I was not impressed. He had the OU TD on a fumble. He was like a typical Cowboy DB. HAd some spectacular, but could not make the routine play and stop anyone.

Dwayne Jarret has to be the pick if hes up there. Although hes not the fastest guy in the world, he makes up for it with his size. He can go across the middle, hell be a great 3rd Wr in this offense.

Although not a sexy pick, if there is a good OL at 22 I gotta advocate that. The signing of Davis should help if he plays up to expectation but that line needs more help than that. I'm hoping it is Levi Brown who slides, but it may end of being Justin Blaylock. I wish we had gotten Marcus McNeil instead of Bobby Carpenter last year then we could look elsewhere for a more value pick.

My fallback position is DB with Revis or Merriweather.

Gosselin had cowboys taking Bowe. Look for another mock with different players next week, and final on draft Sat.

Goose now has the Cowboys taking Aaron Ross from Texas

Where the hell has Alan Branch gone? He's now projected by some, including Goose, to slide all the way out of the first round.

I'd love to get Branch in here to play nosetackle

Man, I loved that trade. We got a high second this year, and what should be a high first next year.

I like the trade also. Cleveland is going to stink next year and it should be a high first next year.
